Name: 100PCS Helleborus Orientalis Seeds Christmas rose Lenten rose

Color: Mixed colorful;

Shelf life: 2 years; Hellebores are also known as Christmas rose or Lenten rose. They need part to full shade and want to be planted in a well – drained soil. While growing, you should keep them moisturized, but once they’re established, they become somewhat drought – intolerant. When it comes to pruning, the hellebores should be pruned in early winter with cutting away old or damaged foliage of the evergreen. As perennials, hellebores come in few colors, all of them equally beautiful!

SOWING ADVICE
Seeds are surface-sown or covered only slightly. Do not allow the soil to dry out. Containers are held in warm conditions until sprouts appear, which may take anywhere from 3-10 days. Move sprouting plantings immediately to bright light conditions, such as a south-facing window. Inadequate light is a frequent cause of failure of young seedlings. At about the time of last frost, set out seedlings into grow bags. Plants need staking and side-shoots removing.
