Regarding orders shipped to Canada, the old port ePacket route had been frequently used by some sellers to ship counterfeit products. As a result, Canadian Customs has intensified inspections for counterfeit goods. Unfortunately, some of our packages were included in consolidated shipments that contained such products, which led to our parcels being returned by Customs.
Starting from May 30, we gradually switched to using a new port ePacket route, which has proven to be much more reliable and has shown a high successful delivery rate.
Since June 25, we have fully transitioned all shipments to Canada to this new port ePacket route. Please rest assured that your orders will now be delivered smoothly.
For packages that were returned due to customs inspections, we are happy to offer a free reshipment as a quick resolution.
